Your manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing fault with your machine.
The EcoAir product guarantee is effective from the purchase date. Manufacturer warranties covers you for correction of defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period for any manufacturing faults.
Exclusions:
The warranty does cover the following.
- Replacement parts subject to wear and tear eg filters, batteries etc
- Visual blemishes and cosmetic damage such as marks and dents
- Use of non-approved or third party components, accessories and spare parts etc
- Accidental damage, misuse or any external causes
- Damage caused by operating outside the user manual, technical specifications
- Faulty repairs or repairs carried out by parties other than EcoAir or an authorised agent
- Product modified without EcoAir's written permission
- Normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product
- Serial number defaced or removed
- Stolen product
- Fault caused by use through operating errors
- Used in a non domestic environment
- Intentional damage by the owner or third parties
- Incorrect installation
- Transit or handling damage
- Faults due to lack of care and maintenance (such as dust buildup)
Warranties are only valid to the original purchaser and is not transferable on a resale. To ensure your warranty, it is advisable to register your product with us on our warranty registration page.
