If it works in turbo mode only, it means that your room humidity is too low for it to work in the other modes
On the NORMAL and TURBO laundry mode, the dehumidifier will try to get the humidity level to about 35-40% and it will run continuously. This means the dehumidifier is working.
The ECONOMY & AUTO mode will only work when the relative humidity level in the areas around the dehumidifier has reached the settings programmed into this mode.
Therefore if the humidity is around 55-60%, it will not be collecting anymore water from the air around it to +- 5% deviation to the set level.
Perhaps the humidity level in the air where your dehumidifier is sitting is within this range, the fan should still blow at a reduced level in order to continue sampling the air for its humidity level and if a higher level is detected, the dehumidification will kick in.
Try moving it to a different part of your home where the humidity level is at the highest, it will collect if humidity is more than 65%. Please note that visible condensation (eg on windows) are not necessarily an indication that the air is very high in humidity.
Condensation will increase humidity in the air and appears when a high level of concentrated humidity in that part of the air has vaporized. Since your unit is collecting water in the TURBO mode, it appears the unit is running without any apparent fault.
